GREGORY R. EASTON is a founding principal in Property Counselors and has over 30 years' experience in providing economic consulting services related to land use and facility development. His clients include developers, financial institutions, public agencies, corporate landowners, and related professional firms. He provides such services as demand studies and financial analysis for a wide range of private real estate uses including residential, office, retail, industrial and recreational projects; as well as public facilities such as government office, convention and performing arts facilities, and recreational and cultural facilities. He has extensive experience with public agencies structuring joint development projects combining public and private uses. He has served as real estate advisor to such clients as the US Postal Service; Edmonds and Seattle School Districts; the Ports of Seattle, Everett, Edmonds, and Bellingham; and the cities of Seattle, Olympia, Bellevue, SeaTac, and Bainbridge Island. He has provided real estate advisory services for large-scale developments such as urban mixed-use projects, recreational resorts, master planned communities, large industrial parks, and major cultural and recreational attractions. He has worked with the City of Seattle as an advisor to the City Council on such issues as the purchase of Key Tower, the sale of the Dexter Horton building, and the sale of the South Lake Union properties; and as the economic consultant on such projects as the Piers 1/2 planning study, North Kingdome Parking Redevelopment Study, and High Tech Real Estate Needs.


GRANT GLADOW is a commercial real estate appraiser and real estate analyst. He frequently works with Property Counselors on market studies and feasibility assessments. He has recently assisted Greg Easton on market studies such as Auburn Drive-In Site, Bellingham Garrett Property, Port Ludlow Retail, Downtown Puyallup Plan, Everett Downtown Plan, Covington Downtown Plan, Anacortes Waterfront Site, and Kenmore Downtown Plan.
